How do "Active Task Slots" work?
Think of a slot as a dedicated lane on a highway. If you have one slot (Essential), I work on one project at a time. Once it’s approved, I move to the next. More slots mean more projects moving simultaneously.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. I don’t believe in trapping people in long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal.
What if I have multiple businesses or brands?
My Pro and Partner tiers are built for exactly that. I can manage your entire portfolio under one dashboard, allowing you to move tasks for different brands into your active slots as needed.
How do I submit new tasks to my queue?
You simply add a new item to your Notion board. You can include links, loom videos, or documents. Once it’s in the queue, I’ll move it to “Active” based on your priority list.
What happens if I don't use my membership for a month?
To ensure I can provide high-quality focus to all my partners, slots don’t “roll over.” However, you can always drop down to a Core tier to keep your site safe while you’re not in an active creative phase.

Do I own the rights to my logo?
Absolutely. Once your project is finalized and paid for, you own 100% of the copyrights to the final designs I create for you.
What files will I receive for my branding?
